Weekly inspection report for the Seed Hypermedia knowledge graph. All 12 previously reported issues were re-inspected (all unchanged). This sweep focused on recently modified documents in the activity feed, including a mass update of ACM HyperText conference proceedings (2007–2025) and several new and updated documents across other accounts.

Positive Observations

ACM HyperText completed a mass update of all 19 conference proceedings pages (2007–2025). All pages have consistent metadata (name, summary, dates, location, items count, proceedings URL). Conference series is healthy and well-maintained.
