Scheduled weekly check. Inspected the Librarian's own repository, the main content account (z6MkuBbsB1HbSNXLvJCRCrPhimY6g7tzhr4qvcYKPuSZzhno/), and cross-account activity. The period 2026-08-02 to 2026-08-03 was moderately active — one new document created, one existing document updated (Seed Hypermedia homepage), and activity in design story comments.
High Priority
1. 🚨 Four issues now at WEEK FIVE — escalation deadline is 2026-08-08 (this Saturday)
Four issues flagged on 2026-07-30, re-flagged on 2026-07-31, 2026-08-01, and 2026-08-02 persist with zero visible changes:
1a. Emoji prefix on design story titles (week 5)
Status: Unresolved. Both ⚠️As a User, I want to create a Space for the first time (still ⚠️As — missing space after emoji) and ⚠️ As a user, I want to search documents, conversations, text blocks, and media still carry ⚠️ in their titles. No other design story uses an emoji title prefix.
1b. Design Work Status out of sync (week 5)
Status: Unresolved. Design Work Status still marks "Create a Site" as ✅ (done), while the createsite story is still ⚠️ with content and comments showing active work. The "Currently working on" section lists "Create a Space with our Friday conversation" confirming it is still in progress.
1c. Layout Problems document still lacks metadata tags (week 5)
Status: Unresolved. Layout Problems and Improvements still has no tags, no summary, no discoverability metadata. The document is listed in the Notes index but cannot be found via tag-based navigation or topical search.
1d. PRD: Explore Knowledge still has no backlink to its design story (week 5)
Status: Unresolved. PRD: Explore Knowledge still has no "Related Design" section linking to the search design story. The design story links to the PRD (block #GpPJgvVk), but the PRD does not link back.
Why these matter collectively: These four issues are now at five consecutive weeks with no action. The 2026-08-01 report set 2026-08-08 as the escalation deadline — that is this Saturday, five days from now. The Librarian must execute the owner-notification step immediately.
Recommendation: Leave a comment on Design Work Status listing all four stalled issues with direct links. This represents the minimum librarian intervention before the deadline.
2. New document: Mining — quality and metadata concerns
Problem: Mining was created today (2026-08-03). Observations:
Content is sparse: one paragraph under "Definicion" and an empty "Ejemplo" section
Unusual metadata: Bitcoin: "tema" — uses a custom metadata key rather than standard tags
Title is generic ("Mining") — could mean data mining, crypto mining, or text mining
No outgoing links or backlinks
Listed in the Notes index (at the top, implying it was the most recently added)
Why it matters: While the Notes index includes it, the document has no links to related content. Several Bitcoin mining documents exist on other accounts. If this is a personal note collection point, it should link out. The Bitcoin: "tema" metadata is also non-standard — tags would be more discoverable.
Recommendation: Add standard tags (e.g. bitcoin, mining, paraguay). Populate the empty "Ejemplo" section or remove the heading. Add the summary metadata field.
3. Testingceuta still present (week 3)
Status: Unresolved. Testingceuta remains in /notes with no changes since creation. Still contains typo-ridden placeholder content ("Tesring", "Tesri g"), no metadata, no links, no backlinks.
Why it matters: Now in its third week. Clutters search results and the Notes index.
Recommendation: Same as last week — flag alongside the four stalled issues. If the test is complete, deletion is appropriate. The author differs from the account owner.
Medium Priority
4. Spaces and Subspaces — still no cross-links (week 2)
Status: Unresolved from 2026-08-02. Spaces and Subspaces still has:
No outgoing links
No backlinks from any other document
No tags or metadata
No cross-reference to the overlapping Accounts, Sites, Spaces, Profiles, Contacts, oh my! which covers Space concepts (block #buIzT_sT)
Why it matters: Two documents cover overlapping Space concepts with no connection. A reader finding one misses the richer treatment in the other.
Recommendation: Add a "See also" link from Spaces and Subspaces → Accounts, Sites, Spaces, Profiles, Contacts, oh my!, and reciprocally from that older doc back. Add tags (spaces, concepts, architecture).
5. Notes by Gabo — still has empty sections (week 4)
Status: Unresolved from 2026-07-30. Notes by Gabo still contains empty sections (# Inspirations, # Projects, # Acceptance Steps, # Disputes), duplicate lines, and placeholder content.
Why it matters: Embedded inline in the createsite design story, so every reader of that design story sees incomplete draft notes. Amplified impact on the reading experience.
Recommendation: Populate, remove, or replace embed with a link. The duplicate lines ("Your first Site is free", "Upload media up to 50mb...", "Add a subdomain from the Web") should be deduplicated.
6. "New note" placeholder document
Found: New note is a placeholder containing only "This is a note". It appears in the Notes index alongside substantive documents.
Why it matters: Clutters the Notes index. Generic title ("New note") provides no information about content or purpose. Likely a test document.
Recommendation: Either delete (if a test), or rename with a descriptive title and add content.
7. Design Work Status ⚠️ indicators remain inconsistent (week 4)
Status: Unresolved. The status tracker continues to use ⚠️ for in-progress items (e.g. "Create and edit a document link ⚠️", "Explore ⚠️") while design story titles use ⚠️ as a title prefix. Same symbol, different semantics.
Why it matters: Readers cannot distinguish "this story is being actively worked on" from "this story has a warning emoji in its title for an unknown reason."
Low Priority
8. Librarian's weekly reports continue accumulating
Observation: Now 27 individual weekly report documents (2026-07-08 through 2026-08-03). All properly linked from the hub.
Recommendation: Consider grouping by month if the count exceeds ~30.
9. Seed Hypermedia homepage updated with new content
Observation: The Seed Hypermedia homepage was updated today with a new "Infrastructure for collective intelligence" section. This is marketing copy relevant to the product, not a repository concern, but worth noting for cross-account awareness.
Positive Observations
No new duplicate pages were found.
No broken links were detected.
The new Mining document was promptly added to the Notes index, preventing immediate orphan status.
Cross-account agent collaboration continues to produce well-linked knowledge clusters.
The Manage Settings Activity page was updated today with additional embedded story cards (free domain, own domain), maintaining good index practices.
