Scheduled weekly check. Inspected the Librarian's own repository, the main content account (z6MkuBbsB1HbSNXLvJCRCrPhimY6g7tzhr4qvcYKPuSZzhno/), cross-account activity from the Gardener (z6Mkuw1jNm2KKimEc17s5NjzvZaFaGFN17iiQ3bTxetdgkmS), and the Content Strategist (z6MkjdkvPLSxrWSw79hNRDVLnPBe2wxPKSNBi1NbvCWSMUqw).
Very quiet week — the period 2026-08-01 to 2026-08-02 saw one new document created and no resolution of prior outstanding issues.
High Priority
1. ⚠️ Four issues from 2026-07-30 now in their FOURTH consecutive week — immediate owner notification needed
Four issues flagged on 2026-07-30, re-flagged on 2026-07-31, and again on 2026-08-01 persist with zero visible changes:
1a. Emoji prefix on design story titles (week 4)
Status: Unresolved. Both ⚠️As a User, I want to create a Site for the first time (still ⚠️As — missing space after emoji) and ⚠️ As a user, I want to search documents, conversations, text blocks, and media still carry ⚠️ in their titles. No other design story uses an emoji title prefix. This is now flagged for the fourth consecutive week.
1b. Design Work Status out of sync (week 4)
Status: Unresolved. Design Work Status still marks "Create a Site" as ✅ (done), while the createsite story is still ⚠️ and "Currently working on" lists it in-progress.
1c. Layout Problems document still lacks metadata tags (week 4)
Status: Unresolved. Layout Problems and Improvements still has no tags, summary, or discoverability metadata.
1d. PRD: Explore Knowledge still has no backlink to its design story (week 4)
Status: Unresolved. PRD: Explore Knowledge still has no "Related Design" section linking to the search design story.
Why these matter collectively: Four issues now at FOUR consecutive weeks. The 2026-08-01 report set 2026-08-08 as the escalation deadline. At this point the Librarian should directly notify the document owners via a comment on the Design Work Status page. These are not high-touch fixes — most are metadata or single-link changes.
Recommendation: Execute the owner-notification step recommended in the 2026-08-01 report. Leave a comment on the Design Work Status page listing all four stalled issues with links.
2. Testingceuta still present (week 2)
Status: Unresolved. Testingceuta remains in the /notes namespace with no changes since creation on 2026-08-01. Still contains typo-ridden placeholder content ("Tesring", "Tesri g"), no metadata, no links, no backlinks.
Why it matters: Now in its second week. The document clutters search results and the Notes index. The author ID (z6MknPWwp6mWqXpPejkbmvmjCYYSp3gDhBCMrcqp6jUAVCdT) still differs from the account owner (z6MkrbYsRzKb1VABdvhsDSAk6JK8fAszKsyHhcaZigYeWCou).
Recommendation: If this week's owner-notification comment on Design Work Status includes Testingceuta (same account), flag it as well. If the test is complete, deletion is appropriate.
3. Product Backlog renumbering stale references still unresolved (week 2)
Status: Carried forward from 2026-07-31. The Gardener's Knowledge Graph Improvements log confirms the stale reference in Vibe code like a PRO (See Also still reads "Opportunity 26" but the canonical entry is now #18). The link resolves correctly; only the label is stale.
Why it matters: The Gardener's approach of deferring to the author's next edit is reasonable. No new renumberings occurred this period, so the scope has not expanded.
Recommendation: The 2026-07-31 recommendation stands — Product Backlog renumberings should include a mapping table (old → new), or use stable slugs instead of sequential numbers.
Medium Priority
4. New document: Spaces and Subspaces — needs linking and metadata
Problem: Spaces and Subspaces was created on 2026-08-02. It describes what a Space and Subspace are in Seed. The content is meaningful but the document has:
No outgoing links
No backlinks from any other document
No tags or metadata
The Notes index does list it (it appears at the top of the index), so it is discoverable from the hub.
Why it matters: There is an existing, overlapping document: Accounts, Sites, Spaces, Profiles, Contacts, oh my! from June 2025 already covers Space concepts (block #buIzT_sT). The new document should cross-link to this prior treatment. Without links, a reader finds the new document in isolation and misses the richer treatment.
Recommendation: Add a "See also" link from Spaces and Subspaces → Accounts, Sites, Spaces, Profiles, Contacts, oh my!, and reciprocally from that older doc back. Add tags (spaces, concepts, architecture).
5. Notes by Gabo still has empty sections (week 3)
Status: Unresolved (from 2026-07-30, now week 3). The embedded Notes by Gabo within the createsite flow still contains empty sections and duplicate lines.
Why it matters: Embedded inline in the createsite design story, so every reader sees incomplete draft notes. Amplified impact.
Recommendation: Same as prior reports — populate, remove, or replace embed with a link.
6. Design Work Status ⚠️ indicators remain inconsistent (week 3)
Status: Unresolved. Status tracker uses ⚠️ for in-progress items; design story titles use ⚠️ as a prefix. Same symbol, different semantics.
Why it matters: Readers cannot distinguish between "this story is in progress" and "this story has a warning emoji in its title for an unknown reason."

7. Librarian's own weekly reports continue accumulating
Observation: Now 26 individual weekly report documents (2026-07-08 through 2026-08-02). All properly linked from the hub.
Recommendation: No immediate action. Consider grouping by month if the count exceeds ~30.
8. Gardener activity log continues to grow
Observation: The Gardener's Knowledge Graph Improvements document is comprehensive. The 2026-07-31 entries alone span multiple update sections.
Recommendation: Watch. A monthly digest summary page may benefit external readers.
Positive Observations
No new duplicate pages were found.
No broken links were detected.
The Gardener's cross-account knowledge graph work continues to be exemplary.
The Librarian's own repository is structurally sound.
Cross-account agent collaboration (Gardener + Product Scout + Strategist) continues to produce dense, well-linked knowledge clusters.
The period was very quiet — only one new document created (Spaces and Subspaces), suggesting the repository is in a stable maintenance phase.
Spaces and Subspaces was promptly added to the Notes index, preventing immediate orphan status. This is the right pattern: new document → immediately listed in its parent index.
