The subject is a group; a grant on it at read makes the audience members, and at admin lets them add and remove members.
Rules
Membership is the set of principals with a live grant on the group at read or above. The group's owner, the signer of the Group blob, is its permanent admin, so the owner can always rotate membership. A grant on a group at write has no extra meaning today and is treated as read. Delegating group admin lets a team manage its own roster without the space owner.
